The Crown Solutions group was acquired by William Hill in 2009. Problems included claiming that games that were not restricted in the T&C did not contribute to wagering, and getting a different bonus than expected. I suspect that the group's employees and policies remained similar after the acquisition, so the casinos are less reputable than William Hill. In 2012 one forum member mentioned claiming the bonus, then later played a reload.
